We would like to introduce the fuel pumps we handle. We offer the "in-tank type," which has high durability and ensures stable fuel supply, and the "inline type," made from metal that is resistant to rust and has excellent heat resistance, allowing it to be used in harsh environments. These pumps are mainly installed in gasoline engine vehicles and serve the role of supplying fuel to the engine. 【Features】 <In-Tank Type> ■ Installed inside the fuel tank ■ High durability and stable fuel supply ■ A wide range of options available, including those for compact cars and SUVs that require high flow rates *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

The radiator cap serves the role of a valve that regulates the pressure inside the radiator. The coolant has higher pressure at high temperatures and lower pressure at low temperatures. When the temperature rises and the pressure inside the radiator increases, the main pressure valve operates to adjust the pressure. Additionally, when the pressure drops, the negative pressure valve operates to maintain the pressure at an appropriate level. 【Features】 ■ Serves as a valve that regulates the pressure inside the radiator ■ When the coolant reaches a high temperature and the pressure inside the radiator rises, the main pressure valve operates to adjust the pressure ■ When the pressure drops, the negative pressure valve operates to maintain the pressure at an appropriate level *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

An actuator is a component that controls a drive mechanism, and it is generally powered by one of three main sources: pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric. At HKT, we handle diaphragm-type actuators that convert the energy of pneumatic pressure (compressed air or vacuum) into linear motion. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Features】 <Negative Pressure Actuator (for Small Vehicles)> ■ Driven by negative pressure generated within the engine as an energy source ■ Installed on the intake side for opening and closing the intake shutter ■ Used for silencing during exhaust brake operation and for engine shutdown *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

HKT's wiper blades use high-quality graphite-coated rubber, with the standard tournament type (GC blade) and resin frame type (HB blade) being the main items. They exhibit high adhesion and wiping performance due to the downforce effect of the aerodynamic design. Additionally, they provide careful wiping performance even when used on water-repellent glass surfaces or with water-repellent glass coatings. 【Lineup】 ■ GC Wiper Blade ■ HB Wiper Blade ■ Wiper Replacement Rubber (Normal Rubber) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

A solenoid is a component that converts electrical energy into mechanical motion using electromagnetic force. When current flows through the solenoid, a magnetic field is generated in the coil, allowing the magnetic force to be concentrated in the fixed iron core, which enables it to function as an electromagnet, attracting the movable iron core and adhering it to the fixed iron core. This linear motion is utilized in various mechanical operations and electrical controls. 【Lineup】 ■ Stator Solenoid ■ Solenoid (for control) ■ HUB MAGNET *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The horn signifies a warning device and is required to be installed on commercial and passenger vehicles to alert other road users besides the vehicle itself. There are two types of horns: air horns that produce sound by sending compressed air from a compressor, and electric horns that use electricity to generate sound. HKT's horns are designed for installation on commercial vehicles and construction machinery, offering both loud volume and high durability. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Air Horn ■ Electric Horn (for commercial vehicles) ■ Electric Horn (for construction machinery) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The thermostat functions to maintain the engine coolant at the appropriate temperature. The thermostats we handle operate by opening and closing a valve through the expansion and contraction of a wax element when the coolant reaches the specified temperature, controlling the flow of coolant between the engine and the radiator, and contributing to the proper temperature regulation inside the engine. Maintaining the engine temperature at the correct level helps improve fuel efficiency. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Inline Type - A shape that has been used for passenger cars for a long time. ■ Bottom Bypass Type - A shape that has been used for large vehicles for a long time. ■ Integrated Housing Type - A type where the thermostat and housing are integrated. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Glow plugs are components that heat up in the combustion chamber of a diesel engine to assist with cold engine starting, also known as preheating plugs. At HKT, we manufacture metal-type glow plugs that use heat-resistant alloys for the heating element, as well as ceramic-type glow plugs made from silicon nitride. We offer a diverse lineup for diesel engines in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and ships, receiving high praise from customers around the world. 【Features】 ■ Metal Type - The tip's heating element is made of metal, available in a single coil type and a dual coil type that uses a heating coil and a control coil. ■ Ceramic Type - The tip's heating element is made of ceramic, allowing for rapid temperature rise compared to the metal type. - It also excels in heat resistance and durability, achieving a longer lifespan. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Magnetic valves open and close the intake and exhaust valves using the electromagnetic force of a coil, controlling the timing and lift amount based on the duration and amount of current supplied to the coil. HKT's magnetic valves are installed in commercial vehicles and construction machinery, designed to perform even in harsh environments. Additionally, magnetic valves are used not only in automobiles but also in various fields, including home appliances like washing machines, factory equipment, and medical applications. 【Product Lineup (Excerpt)】 ■ Positive Pressure Magnetic Valve ■ Negative Pressure Magnetic Valve ■ VG Turbo Magnetic Valve ■ LLC Magnetic Valve (Water Valve) ■ Fuel Cut Valve *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
