This product is a component of the vane-type variable valve timing adjustment mechanism, represented by VVT-I and others. When the engine is stopped, the intake side vane is locked in the fully retarded position, and the exhaust side vane is locked in the fully advanced position by a locking pin. This product is a solid component used for positioning the joining surfaces of parts such as camshafts, crankcases, and transmission cases, and is referred to as a knock pin according to JIS standards. We would like to introduce the "pin ring" that we handle. This hollow product is used for positioning the joint surfaces of components such as cylinder heads, cam housings, cam caps, and mission cases, with bolts inserted into the inner diameter hole for connection. The seat plug is a product that is welded to the inner surface of the engine oil pan, with the drain cock secured by screws. When changing the oil, removing the drain cock allows engine oil to be discharged from the oil pan through the screw hole in the inner diameter of the seat plug.
