"Two-color molding" involves combining two different types of resin to form a single unit. By combining with soft resin, sealing effects can be achieved, and by using different colored resins, color-separated molding can be accomplished. Additionally, the prevention of sink marks can be achieved through two-shot injection of the same resin. Although two molds are required, one for the primary side and one for the secondary side, the elimination of O-rings and packing, as well as the omission of printing and painting, can be achieved.
