The "Formwork Inner Surface Reinforcement Method" is a technique that involves applying a special coating to the inner surface of the formwork to suppress rust during the construction period, thereby reducing the need for grinding and repair work. Our steel shot blasting is conducted in a large equipment space. By continuously projecting a large amount of steel shot, we can perform blasting treatment on large parts and irregularly shaped products. At IM Shot Co., Ltd., a new factory was completed in January 2019. It is equipped with three large blast facilities, enabling us to meet various blasting needs such as BH beams, H beams and columns, and the inner surfaces of large pipes. By utilizing large air blast equipment, large shot blast equipment, and a gantry-type pass-through shot blast machine, we can also accommodate short delivery times.
