This is a seamless "flat heater" developed by Sanyo Thermal Industry, which eliminates any possibility of short circuits between terminals by enclosing the terminal section within a cap. The design has been carefully considered in terms of materials and structure to prevent dangers such as fires caused by leaks and shorts. 【Features】 ■ By enclosing the terminal section within the cap, there is no possibility of short circuits between terminals. ■ Unlike conventional plate heaters, it has no seams, preventing the absorption of oil and release agents into the heater (seamless type). ■ The heater has an exceptionally long lifespan. ■ It can withstand high temperatures (surface temperature 450°C [SS]) because it does not use mica plates (uses magnesia). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Introducing the heat diffusion type "Cleaning Heater" developed by Sanyo Thermal Industry. We would like to introduce our "Heaters for High-Strength Material Heating Furnaces." Temperature control is achieved through PID control using a current output type temperature controller in combination with a thyristor or solid-state relay. Each of the three circuits can be controlled for temperature. Sanyo Thermal Industry's new product, the "Panel Type Heater for High Tensile Material Heating Furnace," specializes in the heat treatment of "high tensile materials," which have been gaining attention in the automotive and various other fields in recent years. The maximum operating temperature of the panel heater is "900°C." Additionally, since individual temperature adjustments for each heater are possible, it can accommodate flexible heating tailored to the materials and processes in each channel.
