Labels are strongly pressed and applied using an air cylinder. Additionally, if necessary, we can change the adhesive on the labels to a stronger one to ensure adhesion. Our "Heat-Resistant Labeling Device" has made it possible to directly apply labels to hot steel pieces, which was previously unachievable. By directly attaching metal labels to iron at approximately 800°C to 1,000°C as it comes out of the continuous casting machine, we have achieved consistent traceability from manufacturing to shipping and processing.
