The compactly designed level switch SONOCONTROL15 detects whether the sensor axis is completely filled with liquid without the sensor coming into direct contact with the liquid or requiring structural modifications to install the sensor on the pipe, using ultrasound that passes through the pipe wall. We offer four sizes to accommodate various pipe outer diameters. The pipe clamp will be customized based on the exact diameter you confirm at the time of order.

The ultrasonic flow sensor SONOFLOW IL.52/3 V2.0 measures ultra-low flow rates with high precision as an inline sensor. It supports dosing processes in various industries through current, frequency, and switching outputs. Designed for integration into machines and equipment, it can be easily installed and electrically integrated into control systems. With optional software configuration, it enables bus operation of up to 12 sensors using an RS485 interface, even in harsh industrial environments.

Compressed air is purified using a hollow fiber filter, removing water droplets, oil droplets, and fine particles to improve cleanliness. It supplies clean air for applications requiring high purity, such as semiconductor equipment, LCD equipment, precision painting, medical, and dental uses, by removing 0.01μm fine particles and bacteria, ensuring that the compressed air is clean for the equipment.

The hollow fiber membrane filter has a filtration precision of 0.01μm, a large effective filtration area of 80cm², and can supply high flow rates of air. It is lightweight, easy to work with, and can be offered at a lower price compared to conventional products. It is ideal for applications such as dust removal in the electrical and electronic fields, sterilization in the medical field, and maintaining hygienic air for food, among others. Additionally, it can be applied as a system for precision cleaning devices by attaching a dedicated nozzle to the air gun filter, efficiently supplying clean air without fine particles for liquid blow cleaning.

The SONOFLOW CO.55 is a very compact ultrasonic flowmeter that can quickly detect the flow rate of liquids within flexible tubes. It allows for easy clamping of the tube onto the sensor, enabling smooth measurements. Its design makes it suitable for use in fields that require strict hygiene standards, such as medical technology, biotechnology, the pharmaceutical industry, the chemical industry, and the semiconductor industry. The SONOFLOW CO.55 is designed to function as an integrated component of machines and devices. Electrical integration into control systems is also straightforward. The sensor features configurable current and pulse outputs. The interface allows for easy parameterization, calibration, and reading of measurement values. This method can be applied to individual tube sizes based on voltage, switching output, material properties, and more. Custom production tailored to customer preferences and needs is also possible.
