【Specialized Technologies】 ■ Unmanned-oriented line with CNC lathe equipped with robot systems Processing diameter Φ20 to Φ250, processing length L600. Capable of handling from MC and composite processing machines to opposing dual-spindle NC lathes. We can accommodate everything from prototypes and small quantities to mass production of 150,000 units per month. ■ Automatic gear chamfering (processing number of teeth 8 to 100) We respond to customer needs with automatic gear chamfering machines, spline forming presses, cylindrical grinding machines, NC broaching machines, and fine hole electrical discharge machines. ■ Intermittent cutting, cutting and polishing of heat-treated materials, machining of forged products.
