【High-Precision Component Machining Manufacturing】 NC composite machining machines can process up to a maximum diameter of φ820 and a length of 3000L. Vertical composite grinding machines enable high-precision machining with perpendicularity and coaxiality through simultaneous grinding of outer diameter, inner diameter, and end face, capable of grinding up to an outer diameter of φ1300 and a height of 600L. Small NC composite machining machines are fast and can quickly accommodate special shapes. Measurements are taken with a three-dimensional measuring machine, and inspection certificates are attached before shipping. We also have a constant temperature room, and our temperature-controlled inspections have earned trust. We deliver with a consistent system from materials to heat treatment, machining, polishing, surface treatment, and measurement inspection. We can process various materials including SC materials, SS materials, aluminum, SUS, titanium, brass, plastic, and difficult-to-cut materials. We can accommodate everything from single items to mass production.
