We won't let it rust for 100 years. That is the pride of Shinmen Iron Works.
Our company started with machine work and has been engaged in metal surface treatment processing for over 90 years. In 1957, we built a specialized factory for blasting, painting, and thermal spraying in Nishi-Yodogawa, Osaka, and have been a pioneer in the industry. Our work involves surface treatment processing, which is the final step in the manufacturing process. We take in products filled with our customers' thoughts and technologies, adding value to them before sending them out into the world. This could be for aesthetics, corrosion resistance, or functional surface coatings. The various products we send out catch the attention of many people, and their presence will last for many years. We want to help ensure that these products can be kept as beautiful as possible, remaining in their original form even 100 years later. We wish for the products created with care by our customers to continue to exist forever. Business Activities
■Blast Grit Blast: Capable of processing products from 18 tons and 17 meters to small items. Short delivery times, paint stripping, and post-blast painting are available. We will finish to your desired grade. Alumina Blast: For blasting thin steel plates and non-ferrous metal products, choose Alumina Blast! It minimizes surface roughness and distortion. ■Painting We perform thick coatings of organic and inorganic zinc, various topcoats, and ultra-thick coatings. Baked Coating: We can perform baked coating for products up to the size of 7200W x 4250L x 3050H in a large drying oven. ■Thermal Spraying (Gas Flame & Arc) Leave corrosion protection thermal spraying to us. We spray materials such as zinc, aluminum, and aluminum-magnesium alloys. ■Laser Cleaning (Thin Plate Surface Treatment) Thin plates that cannot be processed by blasting can be cleaned with laser cleaning. Removal of rust, dirt, and paint is possible. ■On-Site Corrosion Protection Work We accept on-site blasting work and various types of on-site corrosion protection thermal spraying. Plasma spraying is also available on-site.
