Many domestic companies, until a few years ago, primarily relied on salespeople running around and aggressively selling products. However, now that anyone can access product information via the internet, there is a growing need to plan solutions and make more proposals to a single customer rather than frequently visiting many customers to sell. Companies that were sales-driven are transitioning to a "planning-oriented" approach. In other words, the "in-house presence rate" of employees working at those companies has been increasing. There is certainly significance in having people gather in the same place to work. When a space is intentionally created for people to come together, meetings tend to happen spontaneously. It is important not only to enhance communication but also to have mechanisms that allow individuals to concentrate. We believe that providing a comfortable "place that people want to return to" for workers will contribute to the growth of companies.
