On October 1, a joint holding company with Takeei Corporation, "TRE Holdings Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "TRE"), was established and listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Prior to this, our company was delisted as of September 29, 2021, and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of TRE, but will continue to exist as an operating company.
