We will introduce the mechanism of water quality purification in rust and scale using the copper ion generation water treatment device "Cu Energy." The copper ion molecules generated by this product have two "+" electrons, making them unstable and floating in the water. By utilizing the tendency of these unstable copper ion molecules to float and attempt to steal "−" electrons (ionization and chemical reaction), they can take "−" electrons from floating and adhering substances such as iron and calcium in the water and pipes, preventing detachment and re-adhesion. 【Features】 ■ Removal of rust and scale through chemical reactions with copper ions ■ Stealing "−" electrons from molecules with a lower monopolar potential than copper ■ Ionized rust and calcium float in the water without adhering *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

In contrast, our product purifies without the use of chemicals, resulting in no toxicity and almost no corrosiveness. Cooling tower blowdown treatment requires several instances during the initial introduction, but after water quality stabilizes, the frequency can be significantly reduced. Additionally, there is no need for wastewater treatment costs or water quality management equipment. 【Characteristics】 ■ Residual toxicity: No toxicity due to the absence of chemicals ■ Impact on equipment: Almost no corrosiveness due to the absence of chemicals ■ Cooling tower blowdown treatment: Several instances required initially, but frequency can be greatly reduced after water quality stabilizes; no wastewater treatment costs ■ Water quality management equipment: Not needed with this device alone *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We will introduce a case study that verified the energy-saving effects due to improved cooling efficiency from water quality enhancement. In the cooling tower of Company D's factory (100 tons of refrigeration), the power consumption of the compressor was measured and tracked from the time of trial introduction. By circulating copper ions, about half of the scale was removed after 120 days. The reduction in scale is proportional to the decrease in power consumption. Furthermore, it is estimated that after one year of operation, complete scale removal and approximately a 20% reduction in power consumption can be achieved. 【Case Summary】 ■ Measured Effects of Introduction - Scale reduction: 50% - Power consumption reduction: 10% ■ Continuing Effects of Introduction - Complete scale removal: 100% - Power consumption reduction: 20% *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where the copper ion generation water treatment device "Cu Energy" has led to a reduction in chemical costs and maintenance costs. In the case of a textile-related company, the copper ion water caused the "algae" to die off and the "scale" to dissolve, resulting in several blow treatments. After stabilizing the water quality, the blow treatments were reduced to a minimum, thereby lowering maintenance costs. In the case of a steel-related company, rust decreased and water quality improved within approximately four months of implementation. By continuously circulating copper ion water, it became possible to remove and suppress rust and corrosion inside the pipes, contributing to a reduction in the frequency of equipment updates and overall cost savings. [Case Overview for Textile-Related Company] ■ Issues Considered: Cooling tower wastewater environmental measures & maintenance cost reduction ■ Maintenance cost before implementation: Approximately 10 million yen/year ■ Maintenance cost after implementation: Approximately 5 million yen/year *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Cu Energy" for an agricultural corporation. The agricultural corporation was facing the issue of using well water, which had poor cost-effectiveness. They consulted us about whether "copper ions could dissolve and detach scale to solve this problem," and we decided to conduct a demonstration. Ultimately, six demonstrations were verified by a third-party organization, and the agricultural corporation successfully shipped their products. [Challenges] - In recent years, the watering tubes and the subsequent irrigation tubes have been clogged with "scale," preventing effective irrigation, leading to the purchase of new watering hoses. - As a cost-reduction measure, they replace the "used watering hoses and tubes with new ones" twice a year. - The costs for replacing the watering tubes inside the greenhouse and cleaning the clogged hoses and tubes, as well as labor costs, have been rising year by year, resulting in poor cost-effectiveness. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
