"Super Clean" is a high-performance cleaning agent developed by Nitto Kako Co., Ltd. for injection molding machines and extruders. It significantly reduces the labor involved in cleaning time and dirt removal during color changes and resin changes associated with recent small-batch, diverse production, demonstrating excellent performance in improving quality and productivity. ■ Compatible with various molding applications It is a non-filler product based on olefins, suitable for use in injection molding, extrusion molding (T-die), and inflation molding, and can be handled like general molding resins. ■ High cleaning power With a special formulation, it has a high cleaning effect that removes dirt inside the molding machine, greatly reducing cleaning time and labor during color changes and resin changes, contributing to quality and productivity improvements. ■ Low residue Due to its high cleaning effect and unique material properties, it leaves minimal residue inside the molding machine, allowing for a smooth start to the next molding and making disassembly and cleaning of the molding machine easy. ■ Cost reduction It allows for color changes and resin changes with a small amount compared to cleaning with the same resin, enabling a reduction in working time (such as waste reduction). *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce our PET resin-specific purging agent, "Super Clean HIY." The base material is 100% PET resin. Its cleaning power is demonstrated by promoting polymerization through esterification, and its discharge capability is manifested through hydrolysis with moisture.
