Our company has been dedicated to gear cutting since 1948, cultivating our technology and knowledge. We own five Japanese-made horizontal screw milling machines and specialize in gear cutting for long shafts. With the support of nearly 500 customers, we have reached our current state. Additionally, about half of our sales come from orders from other companies in the same industry, and we take pride in being known as "the go-to for help" by our clients. 【Product List】 ■ Worm screws and wheels These gears are mainly used in lifting devices, and wheels are often made from copper alloys. There are two types of gear cutting methods: perpendicular to the shaft and perpendicular to the teeth, so caution is required. ■ Cutting knurling While knurling is generally processed on a lathe, our company is capable of knurling on a gear cutting machine. In recent years, we have been facing a decrease in skilled technicians, but we also process bevel gears (straight bevel gears), which have received great acclaim. 【Product List】 ■ Involute Spline Various standards exist, with Japan (JIS), Germany (DIN), and the United States (SAE) being the most representative. We cover almost all types of cutting tools, so you can trust us with your requests. ■ Square Spline The JIS standard for square splines only goes up to an outer diameter of φ125, but our company has processing experience up to an outer diameter of φ295. We handle this with milling cutter cutting. ■ Hobbing Gears These are gears with an angled design, which allows for smoother rotation and less noise compared to spur gears. We own five Japanese-made horizontal screw milling machines and specialize in gear cutting for long shafts. 【Processing Examples】 ■ Long Spline While we excel at thick and long items, our true strength lies in cutting slender spline gears. We have a track record of processing a spline of 6500mm on a shaft with an overall length of approximately 7000mm (outer diameter φ48). Processing thin shafts requires considerable experience. Since processing distortion can occur and is influenced by material selection and lathe quality, please consult us in advance. ■ Bevel Gears Bevel gears are very labor-intensive, and the number of companies capable of processing them continues to decrease. The processing itself is time-consuming, and managing the details requires extensive knowledge. It is rare for a lathe to be functioning properly, and there may be errors in the drawings, so please consult us before lathe processing. ■ Spur Gears These are standard gears, but our company can cut gears with an outer diameter of around φ1500 (approximately grade 4). *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Additionally, we have a wide variety of hobs for gears (JIS), involute splines (JIS, DIN, SAE), and square splines (JIS). 【Product List】 ■ Long Spline Possible pitch up to M10. We can accommodate processing diameters of φ400 and outer diameters of φ80 up to 7000mm. ■ Bevel Gears Possible pitch from M1.5 to M10.
