RUTILEA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture, President: Takafumi Yano) participated in the Keidanren Innovation Crossing (KIX) held on November 20, 2023, where our representative director, Yano, took the stage. The Keidanren Innovation Crossing (KIX) is a pitch and networking event organized by the Japan Business Federation aimed at promoting collaboration between startups and large corporations. During the pitch, we introduced our core technologies, including image and video analysis AI with proven results in manufacturing and the multimodal AI we have been developing through research and development.

RUTILEA Inc., which offers zero-code AI products with the slogan "Making AI Easy," announced in October 2023 the completion of approximately 600 million yen in funding through the final close of its Series C round. In this round, lead investor Abies Ventures, existing investors Monozukuri Ventures, CBC Corporation, and Star Micronics Holdings, along with new investors Last One Mile Inc., WingArc 1st Inc., Shimadzu Future Innovation Investment Limited Partnership (managed by Shimadzu Corporation and Global Brain Corporation), and other business companies and individual investors participated. This brings the total cumulative funding amount to approximately 1.2 billion yen. ▼ Use of Funds The raised funds will be used to invest in new businesses, research and development of products, build a sustainable revenue model, and enhance the recruitment of sales and engineering personnel, with a strong focus on strengthening profitability. ▼ About the Business Since its founding in 2018, the company has been committed to providing AI products that enhance labor productivity by making highly accurate AI readily usable.

After our first exhibition at the AI & Artificial Intelligence EXPO a year ago, we received many inquiries from customers about RUTILEA. This time, to deliver a new corporate image, we have revamped our booth and will introduce our new solution "Document Generation AI" and multimodal AI "REO," among others. We invite everyone to come visit us. ● Document Generation AI AI reads documents, aggregates information, and creates materials. It addresses various document challenges, including different types of invoices, FAXes, and internal documents. ● Multimodal AI - REO AI analyzes work and manages safety from videos. It detects the time required for tasks, identifies procedural errors, checks for the presence of safety equipment, and detects hand intrusions into hazardous areas. <Exhibition Overview> The largest scale specialized exhibition for artificial intelligence in Japan for the second half of the year.
