Our company is a biotechnology firm with the purpose of "developing a business that aims to fundamentally change healthcare in the 21st century, based on tissue engineering that brings about qualitative changes in medical care and aims for regenerative treatment." Our main business objectives include research and development, manufacturing, and sales of regenerative medicine products and related products. We operate a "Regenerative Medicine Products Business" that is subject to the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act, and a "Research and Development Support Business" that is not subject to this act. ■ Regenerative Medicine Product Business - Develop regenerative medicine products (autologous cultured epidermis, autologous cultured cartilage) using culture technology, and manufacture and sell these developed products for medical purposes to medical institutions. ■ Regenerative Medicine Contract Business - Under the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act, utilize the know-how accumulated from the development of in-house products and the established system to provide contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) of regenerative medicine products and contract research (CRO) for the development of regenerative medicine products. ■ Research and Development Support Business - Apply the advanced culture technology accumulated from the development of medical cultured epidermis and cultured cartilage to develop and sell human cultured tissues for research purposes.
