The "AVD EV Fire Blanket" is a fire blanket that has passed DIN Spec 91489:2024-11 (Requirements for Fire Blankets for Electric Vehicles). With a size of 6m x 8m and a total weight of 28kg, it combines robustness and ease of handling. It is designed for durability with double stitching and corner reinforcement, with a lifespan of approximately 10 years. The strap at the tip is color-coded red for quick deployment even in emergencies. • Storage

We would like to introduce our "AVD Sprayer for Lithium-Ion Battery Fires." The mist emitted absorbs heat from the burning material and cools it down, while the fine particles of vermiculite contained within cover the surface of the burning material. The overlapping plate-like particles form a membrane. This continuous action blocks the burning material from oxygen, suppressing the fire and enabling extinguishment. The AVD extinguishing agent is an AQUOS VERMICULITE DISPERSION water-based vermiculite (expanded mica) dispersion, which is one of the extinguishing agents listed in Japan's Fire Service Act. After spraying, it is PFAS-free.
