Research and development of CFRP carbon fiber composites, prototype molding. We specialize in ultra-high heat resistance (around 400°C) molding. We accommodate various thermoplastics including polyimide.
We provide support for the molding, design, development, and research of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP/CFRTP). Our strength lies in leveraging our experience at national research institutions to offer support ranging from specimen production to evaluation testing and structural design. We propose solutions to meet our customers' requirements from various angles. Our matrix options include not only epoxy but also a wide variety of materials, particularly excelling in CFRP molding with high-heat-resistant resins such as thermosetting polyimide and thermoplastic super engineering plastics.
