We would like to introduce a case study of the cloud maintenance management system 'MENTENA' implemented at Sanshuzen Industrial Co., Ltd., which is engaged in welding processing of forklift parts, other machining, and tool production. The company faced challenges such as "the preservation and management of regular inspection history data being complicated and not well understood" and "the inability to share information regarding equipment troubleshooting." After implementation, timely and detailed maintenance data accumulation was achieved. Additionally, the ability to reference data for each piece of equipment via a two-dimensional code significantly reduced business hours. We would like to introduce a case where the maintenance management system "MENTENA" was implemented at Shinjo Seisakusho, which is engaged in the manufacturing of essential fastening components and cold forging tools for automobile manufacturing. The company faced challenges such as "inability to perform planned maintenance" and "desire to reduce the burden on the field to meet the maintenance standards required by the international standard IATF16949." In response, we implemented our "MENTENA." As a result, they were able to "understand the status of equipment in real-time" and "easily plan predictive maintenance by grasping the current maintenance status."
