We are pleased to announce that ND Seiko has started a machining business. In our CNC division, we have established a dedicated production line for the Japanese market while utilizing our overseas production system in the manufacturing of CNC machining centers for optical glass processing and laser processing equipment. We have also set up an inspection system that meets domestic quality standards. Leveraging this production system and technical expertise, we began our machining business two years ago. We believe that by utilizing our past achievements and know-how in machine manufacturing, we can be of greater service to many people through machining. Our partner overseas factories are widely used in fields that require high precision and quality, such as semiconductor manufacturing, AI automation, precision optics, medical and bio sectors, and the automotive industry. We can process over 80 types of materials, including stainless steel, copper, engineering plastics, and aluminum alloys, using more than 30 types of processing methods. Additionally, we have obtained ISO 9001 certification. If you have any concerns or questions regarding machining, please feel free to consult us about any matter. We aim to build a mutually beneficial partnership, not just act as an outsourcing provider.

Our general-purpose integrating sphere adopts a white reflective surface with uniform and high reflectivity. Additionally, even if the diffusing surface becomes contaminated or deteriorated, we can provide regeneration and maintenance services, ensuring stable performance over a long period. Furthermore, by replacing sockets and accessories, it can flexibly accommodate various light sources, and customization according to applications is also easy. We offer standard integrating spheres with specified sizes and port numbers, allowing for rapid implementation! Of course, we also accommodate custom orders and the production of large integrating spheres up to 2 meters, providing optimal products and services tailored to our customers' needs, from research and development to industrial applications.
