For a programless general-purpose image processing device, you can construct typical measurement and inspection processes by arranging modules (components), significantly reducing development labor. From camera settings to peripheral device control, you can build an image processing inspection system without programming. It is also possible to connect with cameras from various manufacturers, as well as with PLCs and robots from different companies. Basic inspection macros (currently about 30 types, with more being added sequentially) are provided free of charge. We are open to consultations for additional functionality as needed.

We handle a "wafer transport device" that can be used with any microscope manufacturer. Full automatic transport is possible in combination with an automatic stage. (Communication with the inspection device is required.) We also consider transport for items other than wafers. The "TAH Series" is a microscope that allows for non-contact measurement of height, depth, and steps by aligning the "Focus Navi Mark" equipped in the microscope optical system with the Z-axis movement. By incorporating the Focus Navi Mark, reproducibility is significantly improved without relying on the operator. There are two types available: a trinocular type and a straight tube type, allowing for selection based on application.
