At the Robot Manufacturing Division of Fujikoshi Co., Ltd., the traditional production progress management system was structured to manage multiple processes in blocks, which resulted in delays in understanding the progress of individual processes and responding to issues. At the Thai Hino Manufacturing Co., Ltd. factory, efforts were being made to reduce the number of forklifts and towing vehicles operating for loading and transporting goods, but the initiative faced obstacles due to a lack of detailed vehicle operation data. To overcome this situation, the factory introduced "iField indoor" and implemented a project to visualize vehicle operations within the factory, successfully reducing the number of vehicles by 10.
