After troubleshooting by the Information Systems Department, if it is determined that the equipment has failed (excluding hard disk drive malfunctions), we will dispatch a technician from our service center to your location for repairs. <Features of On-Site Maintenance Service> ★ Flexible Response We will respond reliably and flexibly to conduct on-site failure recovery in collaboration with the Information Systems Department. ★ Reduced Workload By requesting repairs from the manufacturer and managing progress, we provide a reduction in workload for the Information Systems Department. ★ Warehouse Management Support We can manage the storage of customer assets as replacement equipment, and we can also store OA equipment held by the Information Systems Department.

• Other services

After troubleshooting the failure in the Information Systems Department, if it is determined that the equipment is faulty, please send the faulty equipment to us for replacement of defective parts or, as much as possible, data extraction and recovery. By returning the equipment while maintaining the customer's environment, we provide a reduction in the workload for the Information Systems Department. <Features of the Send-Back Service Maintenance> ● Flexible response tailored to customer needs in collaboration with the Information Systems Department. ● Establishment of a network environment that can be shared with the Information Systems Department within our company, allowing for bidirectional confirmation via remote control. ● Support for storage of customer assets as substitute equipment. This is a service that enables a speedy start to business operations.

Proposal for implementation planning before the introduction of IT equipment (such as equipment selection), implementation support (such as setup), educational support (such as lectures on how to use the equipment), operational support (such as troubleshooting and usage guidance), equipment maintenance (such as sending back malfunctioning equipment and on-site support), management and disposal (such as temporary storage of unused equipment, refresh support, and disposal). *All processes from proposal for IT equipment introduction to implementation support, education, operation guidance, equipment maintenance, and management and disposal will be conducted at our factory.

We conduct product acceptance inspections (quality inspections) at our own factory on behalf of our customers for products produced in domestic and overseas factories before shipment. Based on the results, we make judgments on "compliant" and "non-compliant" products and report the findings (report).
