After troubleshooting the failure in the Information Systems Department, if it is determined that the equipment is faulty, please send the faulty equipment to us for replacement of defective parts or, as much as possible, data extraction and recovery. Proposal for implementation planning before the introduction of IT equipment (such as equipment selection), implementation support (such as setup), educational support (such as lectures on how to use the equipment), operational support (such as troubleshooting and usage guidance), equipment maintenance (such as sending back malfunctioning equipment and on-site support), management and disposal (such as temporary storage of unused equipment, refresh support, and disposal). *All processes from proposal for IT equipment introduction to implementation support, education, operation guidance, equipment maintenance, and management and disposal will be conducted at our factory.

We conduct product acceptance inspections (quality inspections) at our own factory on behalf of our customers for products produced in domestic and overseas factories before shipment. Based on the results, we make judgments on "compliant" and "non-compliant" products and report the findings (report).
