Our customer was using a metal scraper for the "seal peeling process" in their manufacturing process, but they consulted us about the issue of scratching the product when applying strong pressure during the peeling. In response, we developed a custom "plastic scraper" considering the material of the customer's product and the strength required for seal peeling. In the past, we faced the issue of warping, which was unavoidable in non-mass-produced items, leading to significant deviations in dimensions and tolerances. There were concerns about whether we would need to create molds, which would incur substantial costs. Therefore, we considered the causes of warping due to "shrinkage differences" in conventional machining and employed our unique high-precision cutting technology to balance the "residual stress," which is the cause of the shrinkage differences.
