Our company designs and manufactures a compact and energy-efficient separation system called 'HDS' that utilizes zeolite membrane elements with excellent separation performance and durability. All membrane elements are composed of inorganic materials, making them suitable for use under harsh conditions. They can be applied to various purposes such as solvent dehydration and recovery, petrochemical product purification, and gas separation. We provide a comprehensive service from membrane manufacturing to equipment design, assembly, and trial operation, and we also offer "tests using actual liquids" to evaluate separation accuracy in advance. In particular, the zeolite membrane separation system is an effective alternative technology to azeotropic distillation. Methanation is a technology that synthesizes methane by reacting carbon dioxide and hydrogen using a catalyst. Since methane is the main component of city gas, it can be easily applied to existing storage, transportation, and utilization infrastructure. This allows for a reduction in new capital investment. The "Daikihai Chlorinator" is a seawater electrolysis device designed for plants that directly electrolyze seawater to generate sodium hypochlorite. In addition to producing a stable concentration of sodium hypochlorite through electrolysis, it features a simple device structure and automated operation, making maintenance and handling easy.
