A semiconductor inspection equipment manufacturer established in Hangzhou, China in April 2008. We develop and design wafer probers, testers, and handlers, supplying them to major semiconductor manufacturers. In 2017, we were listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in China, established a Taiwan office, and in July 2018, we set up a Japan office. In 2019, we acquired Semiconductor Technologies & Instruments Ptd Ltd, an appearance inspection equipment manufacturer in Singapore, and in September 2020, we absorbed the semiconductor division of Sato Product Co., Ltd., providing better inspection equipment to the market for inspection equipment manufacturers.
Business Activities
The business mainly provides: ★ Probers, testers, and handlers necessary for inspecting semiconductor wafers ★ Digital inspection equipment for module testing ★ Appearance inspection equipment that can confirm whether each die on the wafer is manufactured uniformly and without variation ★ Appearance inspection equipment that checks for foreign substances and particles in the front-end process on the wafer We offer products ranging from those already prepared to custom-developed inspection equipment based on customer requests. We are a very flexible company with many young engineers actively participating, and we can respond quickly. From the introduction of inspection equipment during the establishment of new factories to the implementation of appearance inspection equipment in existing lines where manual inspections are conducted, we enable an increase in inspection accuracy while reducing costs. We provide products aimed at automating tasks that are currently inspected manually.
