■ Fujiki's Strengths Fujiki's cutting tools are manufactured based on the long-standing processing achievements and know-how of Sanya Industry, which specializes in component machining. We provide added value of processing know-how to our cutting tools for our customers. We will propose not only the unit price of the cutting tools but also a reduction in the total cost of the entire processing. We are particularly confident in our know-how and tool lineup for high-hardness materials (equivalent to HRC60 after heat treatment of SKD11). Sales of cutting tools and carbide end mills 3-Flute High Hardness Ball - Stable cutting due to robust negative geometry - Wide range of machining methods supported by two types 1. Negative type: Achieves 1mm cutting allowance from SKD11 material after heat treatment (HRC60). Capable of processing from roughing to semi-finishing with just this one tool. 2. Positive type: For high-hardness difficult-to-cut materials like KDAHP1 and DHA-HS1 after heat treatment. Allows for 1mm cutting allowance after heat treatment. Ideal for finishing processes. 6-Flute High Hardness Radius - Overwhelming flatness and dimensional accuracy due to 6 flutes - Reduced chipping and improved cutting performance due to the two-flute design in the center 2-Flute High Hardness Ball - Achieves high precision with excellent cutting performance due to ultra-positive geometry. - Long tool life due to good chip evacuation and effective reach of cutting fluid from the ultra-positive geometry. - High ball radius accuracy of ±0.01 Additionally, there is a wide lineup including 4-flute series, carbide series, and tools for graphite. Regrinding is possible not only for carbide solid tools but also for finishing single-tip tools, carbide drills, reamers, and various other tools. We also undertake relief machining for cutting tools.
