Since our establishment, we have primarily provided advanced technology through the manufacturing of precision machined parts, with a particular focus on thorough pursuit of product quality. ■ High Precision We are capable of micron processing after hardening through grinding of flat surfaces, inner diameters, and outer diameters. In the ultra-precision field, we also manufacture master gauges and other items, achieving sub-micron precision through the skilled hand finishing of experienced craftsmen. We accommodate ultra-precision machining, which is difficult with conventional machining, in a perfectly temperature and humidity-controlled environment. ■ Design Technology We design and manufacture measurement and inspection jigs tailored to our customers' needs. (We handle all aspects of design, machining, assembly, and adjustment in-house.) • Processing Contract

Our company responds to requests for production from one piece, including dozens of cutting machines such as CNC lathes, vertical and horizontal machining centers, as well as mold processing with wire cutting and grinding machines, precision small parts processing related to semiconductors, processing of large and long workpieces, and high-precision parts processing such as ring gauges and plug gauges through lapping. We are capable of micron processing after hardening through flat, inner diameter, and outer diameter polishing.
