At our vehicle evaluation test course, we conduct various tests and benchmark evaluations, as well as offer rental of the test course. In addition to paved roads that accommodate performance evaluations of various vehicles, we also support a range of operations necessary for testing, such as durability evaluation roads, automatic rain equipment, lighting towers, intersections, roundabouts, logistics centers, and 5G connections, as well as modifications to vehicles and installation of sensors to evaluate new autonomous driving and self-driving functions. This is a chassis dynamometer facility capable of reproducing various vehicle driving modes using four independent drive motors. The testing equipment is equipped with an anechoic chamber and supports various tests and measurements, including NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness). The development of various specifications of electric drive units is urgently needed for the development of electric vehicles. We conduct fatigue durability tests on various industrial products subjected to external loads. We accommodate a wide range of sizes and loads, from small products in the centimeter range with relatively low input loads to large industrial products such as frames of special heavy vehicles that experience high loads. Tests are conducted considering factors such as corrosion under special environmental conditions like salt spray. By assembling test rigs tailored to each test, we can also respond to complex combined load inputs and time-history variable loads. Due to the electrification of automobiles and other measures, reliability evaluation for heavy objects subjected to high-frequency vibration inputs, such as battery boxes, has become increasingly important. Our company is equipped with a testing machine capable of vibrating heavy objects weighing approximately 100 kg at several thousand Hz, allowing for reliability evaluations such as fatigue durability. The "Environmental Test Engine Bench" can replicate atmospheric pressure conditions equivalent to an altitude of 5000 meters. By controlling the pressure, temperature, and humidity inside the engine test bench, combustion tests can be conducted that simulate environments such as high-altitude areas. Low-pressure tests can be conducted to comply with exhaust emission regulations specific to each region.
