【Issue】 When conducting inspection work to determine whether the received products (clothing) meet the specifications provided in the manufacturing instructions, the visibility distance differs between the front and back on a flat work surface, leading to inconsistencies in observation. ↓ 【Solution】 By having an inclined work surface, the visibility of the clothing being inspected is almost uniform between the front and back, making it easier to inspect and confirm details. Additionally, the height adjustment feature allows workers to adopt a comfortable posture according to their height, resulting in improved work efficiency and reducing physical strain during the task. 【Issues】 There was originally a 5m x 2 lane workbench. At the user's request, it was decided to expand it to 10m x 2 lanes. However, simply adding 5m would make it difficult to move to the opposite side during work. ↓ 【Solution】 By simply lifting the tabletop, the work surface can be turned into a passageway. 【Before Introduction】 Using an old wooden desk with a height of 700mm for shipping work. 【Issues】 The height is low, causing me to bend over while working, which has led to back pain. ↓ Proposed the Mobile Work Table 150 Series Used two units arranged in an L-shape. 【Effects After Introduction】 1. The height, including the casters, is 825mm, which has reduced the need to bend over while working, alleviating strain on my back. 2. Both the tabletop and legs are white, brightening up the workspace. 3. With the casters, moving the table for cleaning has become easy, making it very convenient.

【Concerns】 The use of a large workbench has made the passageway narrow. The workbench gets in the way during transit and when transporting goods. ↓ ↓ ↓ 【Proposed Products】 - Work Table 150 Series - Long Adjuster (Optional) 【Effects After Implementation】 1. By changing from a large workbench to a smaller workbench with a width of 900mm, we were able to compact the workspace and increase the conveyor line. 2. By using the long adjuster to set the height of the tabletop to match the height of the conveyor line, it became easier to pull container boxes onto the workbench. 3. By setting the joint position at the base further back, space was created, allowing us to place a trash can under the workbench. Placing it close to the work area contributed to an increase in work efficiency.

Easy switching between fixed and movable types. 2. The desired size was 750mm in width and 500mm in depth, but when the desks are lined up side by side, the casters touch each other. ⇒ Proposed a custom size of 800mm in width and 600mm in depth to prevent the casters from touching. 3. A desk mat is included to keep the tabletop clean. 【Effects After Implementation】 1. It is easy to switch to a movable type, making it easier to rearrange the classroom layout and during cleaning. 2. The previous desk was primarily black, but thanks to the white-based 150 series, the classroom has become brighter. 3. The tabletop has become larger. 4. When four desks are lined up, there are no gaps between the tabletops, making it less likely for pencils and other items to fall.
