Robofull is a venture company aiming to "change the way equipment transactions in the manufacturing industry have become legacy." By utilizing an AI database to sell optimal automation equipment to each factory at a low cost, it is challenging the issues faced by the manufacturing industry, which is struggling with a labor shortage. In manufacturing sites that are experiencing severe labor shortages, the demand for automation equipment is increasing; however, due to the unique commercial practices of industrial equipment, prices are high, and the introduction of automation equipment cannot be said to be sufficiently advanced. At Robofull, we are working to break this situation by leveraging AI.
Business Activities
■Proposal of Automation Solutions (Collaboration with System Integrators) By collecting and analyzing equipment information from 100,000 small and medium-sized manufacturing companies across the country, as well as information from system integrators involved in the design and development of automation equipment, we can propose the most suitable automation equipment for each factory through matching. Specifically, for work sets for processing machines such as NC lathes, machining centers, and presses, as well as the automation of palletizing processes, we take pride in being able to make proposals at competitive prices and have already accumulated numerous order proposal achievements. ■Proposal and Sales of In-House Designed Products In the course of advancing the above proposal activities, we identify common challenges faced by various factories and have designed our own collaborative robot system "FleX Mate" for small lot processes. In addition to product design based on the premise of process changes and handling of diverse workpieces, we strongly support ease of use on-site with features such as teaching-less part number addition and operation notification functions. It can be introduced to the site at a minimum cost of 8.2 million yen (excluding tax) and can be operated immediately. Of course, customization to fit the customer's work and production processes is also possible.
