Our company handles "plate-type heat exchangers (gas-gas)" which are formed by shaping and welding two metal plates into one set, and then combining several sets into a unified structure. These metal plates serve as elements that utilize exhaust gases and other gases to heat air or other gases through convective heat transfer. Our company handles "fin tube type heat exchangers," which are equipped with thin plates called fins, measuring 0.2mm to 0.3mm, pressed and installed using a dedicated press machine. The pitch of the fins is approximately 2mm to 3mm, allowing for a larger heat transfer area in a small space. Additionally, this product is recommended for combinations such as liquid-gas, where there is a significant difference in the individual boundary layer heat transfer coefficients. • Heat exchanger

Our company offers a "compact multi-tube heat exchanger" that prevents scale adhesion through self-cleaning action due to high flow rates within the tubes, achieving a long lifespan. By using stainless steel or titanium thin tubes, even at low flow rates, the flow velocity inside the tubes increases, resulting in a higher film heat transfer coefficient and enabling a compact design. Our company handles "multi-tube heat exchangers (shell & tube type heat exchangers)" that can accommodate fluids such as liquids and gases, ranging from high temperatures to low temperatures, as well as from low pressure to high pressure. These exchangers are applicable not only for heating and cooling but also for condensation and evaporation. We not only replace existing equipment but also calculate the thermal balance and necessary heat transfer area (U-value) from data sheets, and design new equipment.
