In conventional couplings, the use of valve structures made it impossible to avoid pressure loss due to fittings. The "DaiFlow Socket" has re-evaluated its structure and adopted a ball valve design, achieving "maximum reduction of pressure loss," "realization of large flow rates," and also considering "safety." Connections can be made without resistance from the supply side, and the auto-lock is activated by internal pressure. Separation involves pushing in to release the lock on the supply side and bending it. When bent, dangerous residual pressure on the secondary side is discharged through a side hole, allowing for safe removal without recoil.

By reducing excessive force and working in an appropriate manner, we improve "energy efficiency" and "safety." Additionally, by enabling work to be performed with a consistent force, we eliminate "waste" and reduce "variability" during work with air tools. The extraction pressure setting (secondary side pressure) has four adjustable levels and is pre-set at the factory, so it cannot be unintentionally operated or changed. The weight is also compact and lightweight at "42g."

By simply changing the nozzle of the air duster gun, you can achieve "up to 35% energy savings" and "increased dust removal power" without significantly altering usability. The air is discharged continuously and intermittently, allowing for repeated impacts directed at the work surface to remove dust. As a result, there is no "wasted air," enabling efficient dust removal operations. Considering the safety of the operator, the nozzle is designed not to be completely sealed.

Compared to a standard single-hole nozzle, it excels in quietness and increases wind pressure by about 1.5 times! (This is a comparison with our standard nozzle.) Since the hole is located on the side rather than the tip, it can prevent the nozzle from being crushed against the workpiece, which would make it difficult for air to escape. Additionally, unlike a single-hole nozzle, it can prevent unexpected accidents that would block the air outlet during operation.

Hip Joint Unlike previous joints, it allows for 360° rotation with two joints, enabling bending in all directions up to 90°. Thanks to this joint, it becomes easier to resolve issues like hose twisting and kinking! Additionally, it allows the hose to be properly routed to a 90° angle from the base of air tools, making the handling of the hose much more convenient. Furthermore, forcing the hose to bend during work can compress the inner diameter of the hose and cause damage. This joint helps prevent these two issues.
