Our company primarily processes and sells block-shaped soft polyurethane foam and polyethylene foam. Most of our processed products are made to order. Here at Ipros, many peers from the same industry, who are members of the Japan Urethane Foam Commercial Association, are registered, but the differences between them and our company are as follows: - Knowledge of materials that includes materials compliant with the Photographic Activity Test (PAT, ISO 18916), which can be used for the preservation of valuable materials in museums and galleries. - Design capabilities for cushioning materials that have passed the rigorous transportation environment test according to ASTM D-4169-16 DC13 (design is carried out numerically based on cushioning characteristic data for each material). - Simulation analysis capabilities using finite element method analysis that allows for certain verifications even for objects that cannot undergo drop tests (we are also independently developing a material database necessary for finite element method analysis). - Three-dimensional (3D) machining capabilities to ensure appropriate contact area between the object and the cushioning material.
