"NC BANK" is an NC data input/output and transfer device that enables high-speed transfer of large-capacity NC data by connecting to NC machine tools that do not have data server functionality. It features a compact body that is easy to handle. ≪Features≫ ■ High-speed transfer to machine tools without a data server Equipped with FTP server functionality and file sharing as standard. Large-capacity programs created with CAD/CAM can be transferred via LAN and saved to the flash disk of the main unit. The saved data can be transferred from the main unit to the machine tool via RS-232C. ■ Data input/output functionality It can also be used as an NC data input/output device using a USB memory stick. Recommended for the following uses: ■ Want to transfer large-capacity data You can transfer large-capacity data without worrying about size using a USB memory stick. ■ Want to continuously send multiple processing data You can send multiple files concatenated without the hassle of manual input editing. ■ Too much dust to place a computer / limited space on-site Since it does not require connection to a computer, it solves the installation issues of computers.
