Recently, labor shortages have become an urgent issue for the manufacturing industry. For manufacturers with a lot of existing infrastructure, automating as a follow-up is a high hurdle, and they continue to rely on human labor. At Aisan Industry, we believe that collaborative robots are very effective for automating existing infrastructure, and we are promoting initiatives for automation using collaborative robots. At the exhibition venue, we will introduce the collaborative robot packages developed by our company, as well as implementation examples and challenges we faced.

In Aichi Prefecture, centered around the "Aichi Robot Industry Cluster Promotion Council," efforts are being made to establish the region as a global leader in both "creating" and "using" robots, through the development and practical application of new technologies and products, the creation of utilization models, and human resource development. We will introduce our initiatives to promote the robot industry in the prefecture, starting with an overview of the events "World Robot Summit 2025" and "High School Robot SI League," which will be held in December 2025.

In recent years, humanoids have garnered attention, and at AMATAMA, we are conducting research and development on the computing systems required for humanoids in order to implement the necessary functions for the next generation. In this exhibition, we will present our efforts through panel displays and explanations from our researchers.

This is a system that utilizes CAD data and image analysis to automatically generate the optimal deburring route for a 6-axis robot. It flexibly accommodates differences in workpiece shapes and achieves high-precision processing. It reduces the conventional teaching tasks and contributes to improved work efficiency and quality.

In conventional robotic hands with "fingers," there were strengths and weaknesses in "grasping" depending on the object. The cylindrical robotic hand developed in our laboratory, called the ROSE hand, can grasp a variety of objects, from soft to hard, bringing innovation to various fields!

The AI-Partner-Agent-Robot Jullie is a next-generation partner robot developed to collaborate and operate in living spaces with humans. Through generative AI and multi-layered cognitive processing, it is capable of contextual understanding and flexible behavior. You can experience the future of robots that coexist and collaborate with humans.

We will introduce two systems that support discussions using so-called generative AI (LLM; large language models). One is a debate simulator that allows you to practice discussions with an AI virtual citizen, and the other is a discussion structuring system that automatically structures voice recognition results with a delay of 1 to 2 minutes. It won the Grand Prize in the Business and Professional category of the Urban Data Challenge 2024.

In Nagoya City, leveraging the concentration of advanced manufacturing industries in the region, initiatives are being implemented to further strengthen industrial competitiveness. These include promoting research and development in collaboration with universities and research institutions, supporting social demonstrations by companies with advanced technologies, and cultivating human resources in the digital field, all aimed at promoting the utilization and dissemination of robots, AI, IoT, and other technologies in businesses.

We will showcase firefighting drones for initial fire suppression during a building fire. These are effective for fires in residential areas, alleys, and on hills where fire trucks cannot access. *If conditions are met, they can be mounted on drones from various manufacturers.

We will be proposing parts related to robotization in the future. We have showcased our specialty technology, ball screws and gears made through plastic processing. The combination of manufacturing and CO2 reduction is essential. Please take a look at the roller screw, which increases the rated load and allows for a smaller shaft diameter, thus saving space, transitioning from the temporarily exhibited ball nut to the roller nut.
