Business Activities

**Automotive Division** We manufacture parts for sightseeing buses, route buses, and small buses for Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation. We perform everything from sheet metal processing of parts, primarily using hot-dip galvanized steel sheets and aluminum (A1050, A5052), to assembly through welding, bonding, and fastening, delivering just-in-time according to our customers' assembly line schedules. **Food Equipment Division** We manufacture ice storage bins and ice crushers for Hoshizaki Corporation's ice machines. We produce sheet metal parts mainly from hot-dip galvanized steel sheets (SGCC) and stainless steel (SUS304, 430, 439, etc.), and we handle assembly, foaming of insulation materials (urethane), and packaging for delivery. **Aerospace Division** We manufacture small sheet metal parts for civilian aircraft such as Boeing 767, 777, and 787, as well as military aircraft and rockets. We produce a variety of small quantities of outer trim, deburring, bending, and forming using materials including aluminum (A2024, A6013, A7075, etc.), iron, stainless steel, and titanium. **Others** We accommodate the manufacturing of custom tools and jigs. We also produce frames and specialized carts for work using aluminum pipes and iron pipes.
