• Processing Contract

Our company handles a wide range of parts for Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus, including components for tourist buses and route buses. We manufacture entrance doors, emergency doors, trunk doors for luggage storage, and ceiling frame components. We can accommodate production runs of several hundred units per month, as well as small quantities of various types. Additionally, we can also handle custom production of unique items such as jigs, dedicated carts, and equipment frames. • Contract manufacturing

There are various methods for trimming the outer shape of sheet metal parts, such as NC turret punch press processing, laser processing, and water jet processing, but here we will introduce NC router processing. An NC router is a numerically controlled cutting machine. Originally designed for cutting wood, it is widely used in the manufacturing of aircraft parts to process lightweight alloys like aluminum, as well as plastics in other applications. It can trim the outer shape or cut out arbitrary shapes from flat materials. The NC router excels at processing laminated shims, trimming them into any desired shape without peeling.

• Contract manufacturing

Three-dimensional laser processing machines can trim three-dimensional workpieces into any shape. They are capable of processing various shapes of workpieces, including press-formed products, flat plates, square pipes, and round pipes. At our company, we use three-dimensional laser processing to trim inner panels and outer panels for entrance doors and emergency exit doors of sightseeing buses. We assemble the inner panels, outer panels, and other components such as brackets and hinges using CO2 welding, spot welding, and clinching, delivering complete entrance door sets and emergency door sets as subassemblies to our customers. Additionally, sightseeing buses often have many special specifications unique to each user. We can quickly and flexibly respond to these special specifications by performing secondary processing on standard parts produced in batches, or by pre-manufacturing common shapes in batches and then adapting the subsequent processes according to specifications after receiving orders.
