堀田製作所 Product Lineup

Our company manufactures wooden molds for casting by cutting resin, and uses these molds to create sand molds for aluminum castings. We can utilize our services for applications such as the integration of shapes made by welding, as well as for producing hollow structural products that cannot be made by pressing or forging, using mold materials (producing rough shapes of molds through casting). Additionally, since the initial costs are lower compared to metal molds, it is also suitable for prototype and small-lot casting production. 【Features】 ■ Consistent production of wooden molds and sand castings ■ Reduction of lead time by minimizing time spent on meetings and mold transportation ■ Shipping as soon as the third day from wooden mold production to casting (depending on order status and product shape) ■ Immediate adjustments to wooden molds in case of casting defects ■ In light of the increasing number of business closures due to aging, we can maintain a long-term relationship moving forward *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
