Free membership registrationIn manufacturing sites, we often hear the following challenges regarding press-fitting operations: - Concerns about material degradation when the number of insert nut sets is high during simultaneous molding... - Press-fitting after molding requires manual labor... - The introduction of press-fitting machines incurs high initial costs... - Unstable production volumes make it difficult for press-fitting operators to plan their work... - There is a desire to reduce the number of employees... - Managing insert nuts and workpieces is challenging, etc... All these challenges related to press-fitting operations can be resolved by outsourcing! In manufacturing sites, the introduction of jigs and equipment, along with the increase and placement of operators, has always been a source of various problems. Our company plans and produces multi-axis simultaneous thermal press-fitting machines for insert nuts, allowing us to undertake projects regardless of size or workpiece shape. We also handle the purchase and management of insert nuts, eliminating the management costs for personnel and materials that customers previously incurred.

Free membership registrationOur company handles stainless steel blind rivets, offering standard types such as open, shielded, wide, and flat, as well as special shapes for cases requiring extra strength or for use with soft materials. You can consider various combinations of stainless steel, aluminum, and iron. A specialized manufacturer produces the rivets, and since we have established an appearance inspection system, we can offer them at a lower price. Due to the nature of the product, it is not possible to completely avoid dents or bends during transportation. While it is possible to conduct a full inspection of all items, this would inevitably lead to higher costs. To ensure you can use our products with greater peace of mind, we have implemented a ranking system based on domestic inspection standards. You can choose according to your needs, allowing you to use our products with confidence.

Free membership registrationRecently, the number of resin products has been increasing rapidly. When producing resin products, various issues need to be considered, and we often receive challenges related to the heat press fitting of insert nuts. This time, we received a request to stabilize the quality of the insert nuts used in the pressing work of ready-made products, as there has been a lot of variation in quality resulting in defective products, and there is also a desire to improve safety. **Proposal** Since defective products lead to wasted time and costs for parts, we proposed an automatic six-point simultaneous pressing machine equipped with safety devices such as dual-hand switches and area sensors, to minimize the time humans are involved. **Result** The variation in force applied by humans during stage transportation has been eliminated, allowing for more time to prepare the next workpiece, which has enabled further reduction in working time. Previously, the production capacity was about 300 units, but with automation, it has increased to approximately 1,400 units. As a result, we achieved a cost benefit of about 770,000 yen per month due to reduced labor costs, and we were pleased to recover the initial investment in the machine in about five months. *For more details, please refer to the PDF or contact us.*

Free membership registrationRecently, the number of resin products has been increasing rapidly. When producing resin products, various issues need to be considered, and we often receive challenges related to insert nut heat press fitting. This time, we received a request to stabilize quality because there was a significant variation in the quality of the press-fitting work for off-the-shelf insert nuts, resulting in about 3% defective products. **Proposal** Since defective products lead to wasted time and costs for parts, we proposed a semi-automatic press-fitting machine that can press four units simultaneously, reducing the time humans are involved as much as possible. **Result** The manual part involves setting the insert nut onto the workpiece and moving the stage to the press-fitting position. By automating the "descend → press-fit → ascend" of the heating element, we eliminated the possibility of inadvertently continuing to apply pressure after the press-fitting was completed. This reduced the burden on the resin workpiece and ensured uniform press-fitting times, resulting in no defective products, which was greatly appreciated. *For more details, please refer to the PDF or contact us.*

Free membership registrationRecently, the number of resin products has been steadily increasing. When producing resin products, various issues need to be considered, and we often receive challenges related to the heat insertion of insert nuts. This time, as we launched a new product, we addressed the customer's request to improve productivity due to the time-consuming process of inserting insert nuts. [Proposal] The conventional manual operation took 77 seconds per workpiece, so we proposed a manual simultaneous insertion machine that reduces the working time to about 35 seconds for four locations. [Result] Typically, two people were needed to handle mass production with the conventional soldering method, but with simultaneous insertion, one person can manage it. As a result, once the day's work is completed, the insertion machine can be easily moved to the edge of the desk or a shelf. Currently, we are producing 10,000 units per month, but due to the reduction in insertion work time per unit, we can now increase production to 16,500 units within the working hours. *For more details, please refer to the PDF or contact us.

Free membership registrationHere is an example of an urgent response case we handled. Recently, we received an inquiry from a customer asking, "Is it possible to produce this urgently?" The request involved milling with SUS304 material and a quantity of about 40 pieces. Although the processing itself was simple, there was a tight timeline. We were contacted on Tuesday evening, and the customer hoped for delivery by Thursday. While we couldn't guarantee delivery the very next day, we were able to confirm delivery by the day after, which the customer accepted. Normally, we would ask about the product and the specific parts being used to propose any added value, but we also handle urgent requests like this one. Please feel free to consult us regarding materials, processing methods, or any other area. [Overview] ■ Inquiry asking, "Is it possible to produce this urgently?" ■ Milling with SUS304 material, quantity of about 40 pieces ■ Contacted on Tuesday evening, with a request for delivery by Thursday ■ Customer agreed to delivery by the day after, production completed by Friday morning, and delivery completed by early afternoon *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe offer the "Multi-Axis Simultaneous Heat Pressing Machine for Insert Nuts," which was developed from the concerns of small factories. This machine allows for the simultaneous pressing of multiple insert nuts while minimizing strain on the wrist, enabling work to be done without variations in quality or speed due to differences among operators. Customers can choose from automatic, semi-automatic, or manual options based on their needs. It is widely used by factory managers, quality control personnel, and pressing operators, and has received great acclaim due to the quick return on investment for the initial cost of the pressing machine. 【We solve the following issues】 - The tilt or height of insert nuts is unstable after pressing. - If one of multiple insertions fails, the workpiece becomes wasted. - The work takes a long time and puts strain on the hands. *For more details, please refer to the materials or feel free to contact us. If you wish to experience the machine, please apply through the <Contact Us> section, and we will bring a demo unit.

Free membership registrationWe received an inquiry stating, "We would like to mass-produce with a finish similar to machining through press processing." Our press processing allows for all operations to be completed within a progressive die. Although there is a cost for the die, if you are producing tens of thousands of units each month, you will quickly recoup the investment. By manufacturing the progressive die with consideration for processing points, including the fracture surface, we have eliminated the need for any secondary processing, achieving significant cost reductions and stable quality. 【Processing Points】 ■ Fracture Surface: It is possible to create a full shear surface using a special technique, eliminating the fracture surface. ■ Burrs and Edges: It is possible to reduce them to nearly zero. ■ Chamfering: - Chamfering can be done within the die. - There is no need to worry about burrs from the material extruded due to press chamfering. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe basic concept is "reducing the hassle of tool changes." Based on this, I will explain the fundamental ideas. An important item for recording the dimensions of the female thread section is "effective depth." The basic idea is that the male thread used should be up to M5×12. There is a specification for the R size of the outer corner of the workpiece, but if it has no particular significance, a right angle (as per the material) or a C face is recommended. 【Cost Reduction Points】 ■ Tapping ■ Corner R, C face - Right angle: Since it is as the material is, no processing is needed, making it cost-effective. - C face: Depending on the situation, it may be possible to instruct the material supplier to cut the C face, which can slightly reduce processing costs. - R face: Since processing takes time, when considered partially, the processing cost can be about 1.3 to 1.5 times higher compared to "right angle." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe depth of the cut H = end mill diameter φD × 5, with H being ideally within 5D. The higher the depth, the greater the curvature at the tip of the end mill, which affects the dimensions. As a guideline to avoid curvature, if we consider the end mill diameter as φD, the depth of the cut should be kept within 5D to complete the machining in one go. Exceeding 5D will require the cut to be done in two or more passes, which increases the time and consequently reflects on the cost. If it is absolutely necessary to make it smaller than R5 in design, it would be easier to select tools if you specify "R4 or less" instead of just "R4," which can help reduce costs. 【Cost Reduction Points】 ■ Cutting range and height H ■ R size ■ Fillet size *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe received an inquiry stating, 'After anodizing, several mm to over a dozen mm lines have appeared, and I would like to remove them.' The occurrence of such lines after anodizing is not due to the surface treatment but rather 'the material characteristics of aluminum.' When producing aluminum materials, a concentration gradient of Mg components occurs near the center, which solidifies last, leading to uneven distribution. This unevenness causes the streaky variations. This document introduces suggestions for those troubled by issues such as 'wanting to eliminate band-like lines after anodizing.' If appearance and aesthetics are a priority, we can provide recommendations starting from material selection based on the areas of concern. [Overview] ■ Inquiry: 'After anodizing, several mm to over a dozen mm lines have appeared, and I would like to remove them.' ■ Conclusion: While they cannot be removed, it is possible to make them less noticeable. ■ Causes: - Not due to surface treatment, but due to material characteristics. - Anodizing has the property of highlighting scratches and unevenness. - The same phenomenon occurs with anodizing, colored anodizing, and hard anodizing. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
