Our company was established in 1900 as a metal manufacturing company, Yamato Metal Shokai, in Tsukishima, Tokyo, the birthplace of the heavy machinery industry that became a major driving force behind Japan's modernization. In 1968, we relocated to Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, and in 1993, we changed our name to Yamato Metal Co., Ltd., which we continue to use today. As a metal manufacturer, we have been supporting the heavy machinery industry for over 100 years by utilizing our own technology to produce and sell various types of metals.
