The "BEUMER STRETCH HOOD" wraps around the pallet from the top to the bottom using a special shrink film. Since the top of the package is also sealed, it minimizes product damage from water exposure due to rain, boasting a stable and high holding power. Because the film is not wrapped multiple times, visibility is high, and it is also possible to print the brand name directly on the film. Automatically adjusts and cuts the size of each bag by detecting the length and width of the product. This allows products to flow on the conveyor regardless of their size. As an option, two paper rolls of different widths can be set, enabling the selection of the optimal paper roll based on the scanned data, minimizing paper waste. Additionally, options for easy-to-open perforations and the insertion of double-sided tape for resealing are also available. *Other equipment is available that can accommodate various materials such as films (recyclable films, bioplastics, etc.), paper, and composite materials. The omni-wheel, developed in-house and capable of independent movement in all directions, allows for the rotation, separation, and alignment of transported items in various directions. The installation space can be as small as 1-8 square meters (depending on the application), making it particularly suitable for urban logistics warehouses by enabling space-saving solutions. 【cv.SINGULATE】 It is possible to separate a large number of packages that flow in disorder and align them in a single row. 【cv.DEPAL】 In a space of 3 square meters, it is possible to process 5,200 packages per hour.
