Automatic Knife Selection Function: The automatic knife diameter selection function for cauliflower allows for more uniformly sized small florets, even when the sizes of the cauliflower heads vary. It uses sensor technology to determine the size and height of the florets.

To further shorten the cycle time (steam injection time), we combined high-speed steam peeling technology with rapid loading and unloading of the pressure vessel. The large-diameter raw material inlet allows for processing of both large and small raw materials in large batches. As a result, the STRATA Invicta is the fastest steam peeler available in the market.
