Today, we are interviewing Masaki Tanaka, the director of Asamidori-kai Rainbow Works, a social welfare corporation. Rainbow Works operates a daytime work facility for individuals with disabilities and five group homes. Director Tanaka also serves as the chairperson of the Disaster Prevention Committee of the Aichi Prefecture Association for Intellectual Disabilities.
