It is also possible to apply raised and embossed processing using the same machine. Additionally, we quantify the temperature and pressure during processing to ensure stable quality, and we conduct daily research on adhesives to select foils that match the materials. Our company performs Thomson (die-cutting) processing, which involves cutting paper one sheet at a time using a Thomson-type die (a metal blade embedded along the desired shape cut into a wooden board). In addition to die-cutting, we can simultaneously perform scoring, perforating, and half-cutting.
