It is possible to achieve integrated production from the development of sustainable materials to the manufacturing and delivery of products that utilize them.
Envisioning a better future for people and the planet, we create products that support the SDGs using sustainable materials. We provide one-stop support for our customers' SDGs initiatives, from planning to product development. Plastic products are essential in our daily lives. However, plastic materials pose environmental issues, as burning them generates carbon dioxide, and when discarded, they do not decompose and remain as waste. We are compelled to address various challenges aimed at reducing plastic to conserve the Earth's environment. In response to these challenges, we, Chainstream Co., Ltd., will answer through "manufacturing." We are experimenting with methods to reduce petroleum-based plastics and provide optimal solutions for all companies committed to achieving the SDGs. That is 'SUSLAB.'
Business Activities
■Development of Original Materials Compliant with SDGs■ We will develop original materials that reuse natural materials and industrial waste to reduce the use of petroleum-based plastics. For example, it is possible to create original blends of cellulose fibers from coffee grounds, shells, bamboo charcoal, and more. Other materials such as straw, rice husks, mugwort, vegetables, seaweed, and hemp can also be used. ■Product Development Using Sustainable Materials■ We will develop products using sustainable materials. By replacing your existing plastic products with sustainable materials, you can contribute to the SDGs. The product categories that can be developed include: - Kitchen goods (cutlery, plates, etc.) - Office supplies - Hotel amenities - Interior goods and many more. ■Product Development Using Recycled PET■ We are developing products that utilize 'recycled PET (recycled polyester)' made from plastic bottle waste. By changing the processing methods, recycled PET can be transformed into various products. It can primarily be reborn into three different forms.
