Regardless of the 2024 issue, we will introduce the challenges that need to be overcome in the logistics industry. Therefore, the introduction of management tools focused on safety management by various companies is effective. Introduction of Environmentally Friendly Logistics Systems: For instance, the adoption of fuel-efficient vehicles and environmentally friendly vehicles such as electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles can be mentioned. Additionally, optimizing delivery routes and considering the use of air and maritime transport are also key points. Taking the 2024 issue as an opportunity, we should seek understanding and cooperation not only from transportation companies but from all industries involved in logistics, and respond promptly to improve domestic logistics. Reducing driver workload: Due to the strong influence of shippers over transportation companies, some drivers are required to inspect and display products. Eliminating such tasks and reducing waiting times for unloading can significantly decrease overtime hours. Reducing waiting times: At receiving and unloading locations, waiting times can exceed two hours, leading to overtime work.
