What is required from a production management system is not only support for "manufacturing" but also "profit creation" (QCD improvement) and "human resource development" are important. Over the past 20 years, I have reaffirmed this through my experience in assisting the construction of production management systems for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. Our motto is to comprehensively support "competitive manufacturing assistance." As one of these efforts, we provide the integrated production and sales management system "Manufacturing Revolution" and "Manufacturing Restoration." We have incorporated functions that support "profit creation" and "human resource development" into standard features, creating a system that sets itself apart from mere "manufacturing" support packages. Next, when working on system development, we approach it with the belief that it is the greatest opportunity to reassess "profit creation" and "human resource development." During system construction, we aim to provide support not only for the simple implementation of systems but also for business improvement that includes the development of crucial human resources and QCD improvement for companies.
